3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) gc88 account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of whether different email addresses, mobile numbers, or personal details are used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. Players must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and must update their account details promptly if any information changes. gc88 is not liable for any consequences arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information, including failed OTP delivery due to an outdated mobile number.
3.3 Account Security. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including username, password, and OTP codes. gc88 will never ask for a Player's password or OTP through any communication channel. Any account activity conducted through a Player's credentials is deemed to be authorised by that Player.
3.4 KYC Verification. gc88 conducts KYC verification in compliance with PAGCOR and AMLC requirements. Players are required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (SSS, UMID, driver's licence, passport, or PhilHealth ID) before real-money gaming access is enabled. gc88 reserves the right to place account restrictions, including deposit and withdrawal limits, until KYC verification is complete.
3.5 Account Inactivity. Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months are classified as inactive. gc88 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts after providing reasonable notice to the Player's registered contact details. The inactivity fee will not reduce the account balance below zero.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. gc88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through Philippine-registered payment methods. Accepted methods include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven (Cliqq), Coins.ph, and USDT (TRC-20 network). gc88 does not accept deposits from payment accounts registered to a third party other than the account holder.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). There is no maximum single deposit limit for standard accounts, subject to applicable KYC thresholds. Enhanced due diligence applies to deposits above amounts specified by AMLC threshold reporting requirements.
4.3 Currency. All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on gc88 are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies or from foreign-registered payment accounts may be declined or subject to conversion fees at the Company's discretion.

All game results on gc88 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for digital games, and by physical game equipment in certified studio environments for live dealer games. Game outcomes are final once confirmed and recorded by the gc88 central system and cannot be reversed except in cases of verified technical malfunction.
5.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a verifiable technical malfunction affecting a game outcome, gc88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. gc88 is not liable for malfunctions originating from the Player's device, browser, or internet connection.
5.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets. All games on gc88 have specified minimum and maximum bet limits displayed in the game interface. These limits may vary by game type, table, and Player account tier. gc88 reserves the right to modify bet limits on any game at any time.
5.4 Disconnection Policy. gc88 maintains a documented disconnection policy for all live dealer and RNG games. 6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards offered by gc88 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each offer. These include, but are not limited to, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus-derived winnings.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30× means ₱300 in bonus funds requires ₱9,000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal). Real money funds in the account are used before bonus funds in all wagers unless otherwise specified.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. gc88 monitors accounts for indicators of promotional abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion through multiple accounts, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements, using bonus funds only on excluded games, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited and may be subject to permanent account closure.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on gc88 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
gc88 reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts, freeze balances, and report violations to relevant Philippine authorities including PAGCOR, the AMLC, and the National Bureau of Investigation where applicable laws have been violated.
All content on the gc88 platform — including but not limited to the gc88 name, logo, domain, website design, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of gc88 and its licensors, and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property law.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gc88 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit Players to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sub-licence, publicly display, or create derivative works from any gc88 content.
Game content and software are licensed to gc88 by third-party providers and remain the intellectual property of those providers. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of game software is a violation of these Terms and the applicable provider's licensing agreements.
The collection, processing, storage, and disclosure of personal data by gc88 is governed by the gc88 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, Players also acknowledge and agree to the Privacy Policy.
gc88 collects personal data including but not limited to name, date of birth, government ID details, Philippine mobile number, email address, payment information, and gaming activity records. 10.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all gc88 account holders and can be activated through the account settings panel:
10.3 Self-Exclusion. Self-exclusion requests submitted through gc88 live support are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period. Players under self-exclusion may not re-register using alternate identities; any such accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.
10.4 PAGCOR Compliance. gc88 cooperates fully with PAGCOR's responsible gaming programme and the national self-exclusion registry maintained by PAGCOR. Players excluded from the national registry will be denied access to gc88 in accordance with PAGCOR directives.
11.1 Platform Availability. gc88 aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. gc88 is not liable for losses arising from planned or unplanned downtime.
11.2 Player Decisions. All wagering decisions made by Players on gc88 are made voluntarily and at the Player's sole risk. gc88 does not accept liability for gaming losses incurred in the normal operation of correctly functioning games.
11.3 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gc88's maximum aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or relating to the Player's use of gc88 shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Exclusions. Nothing in these Terms limits gc88's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by gc88's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by gc88; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory provisions of Philippine law.
12.1 Suspension. gc88 reserves the right to suspend a Player's account at any time and without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account is involved in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7; (b) account security has been compromised; (c) KYC or enhanced due diligence requirements have not been met; or (d) the account is the subject of an investigation by gc88, PAGCOR, or a Philippine law enforcement authority.
12.2 Termination by gc88. gc88 may permanently terminate a Player's account and withhold the balance if investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, multi-accounting, underage access, or money laundering. Balances in accounts terminated for cause will be subject to legal hold pending regulatory review.
12.3 Termination by Player. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting gc88 live support. Accounts with positive balances will have the balance withdrawn to the Player's registered payment method before closure, subject to identity verification. Outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
gc88 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, with a minimum notice period of fourteen (14) days before the amended Terms take effect.
Continued use of gc88 after the effective date of any amendments constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not agree with material amendments may request account closure before the effective date without penalty, and any uninvested real-money balance will be returned in full.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.2 Regulatory Complaints. Players who have a complaint regarding gc88's compliance with applicable PAGCOR regulations or responsible gaming requirements may file a complaint directly with PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
14.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a Player and gc88 regarding game outcomes, account balances, or transaction records, Players should first contact gc88 customer support to initiate the internal dispute resolution process. gc88 will respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days. If the dispute is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction through the internal process, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR for regulatory review.
14.4 Jurisdiction. For any dispute that proceeds to litigation, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
